Psychology of Personality Safety as a Subject of Professionalization

The concept of personality safety as a subject of professionalization has been substantiated and developed in the paper; peculiarities of integrative characteristics of personality professional safety in the differentiation space of subject personal and social personal properties, which differ in parameters sphere of its professional functioning (professional choice sphere, professional education sphere, professional adaptation sphere and actual professional realization sphere), age range (stages of optant, adept, adaptant and master) and working conditions (usual and special) have been empirically determined. Scientific knowledge about the integrative nature of «personality professional safety» by synergetic means of self-control has been extended; the experience of social satisfaction / frustration as a potential regulating factor of professional safety manifestation of a personality has been defined; the structural functional model of professional safety of a personality has been developed; the ideas about the mechanisms functioning, meeting the actual need for professional realization (latent inhibition and consequent increase) and specification of nominative modes of professional safety of a personality (neurotic, normative and productive) have been arisen on empirical level; the synergetic effects (weakening and strengthening) in the integrative system of personality professional safety and the possibilities of professional counseling in psychological practice of personality professional safety formation have been substantiated.
