Psychological Readiness of the Elderly for Retirement: Psycholinguistic Perspective

The results of psychological readiness for retirement study are highlighted in the article. The author psycholinguistic approach to retirement readiness is proposed. Psychological readiness contains cognitive, emotional and motivational components.
