ТРАВМАТИЧНИЙ ДОСВІД: ІСТОРИЧНА ЕКСПЛІКАЦІЯ ВИВЧЕННЯ В ПСИХОЛОГІЇ

Мета. У статті представлено авторський варіант методологічної рефлексії історичної експлікації травматичного досвіду людини. Метою презентованого матеріалу є теоретичне визначення тенденцій інтерпретації травматичного досвіду особистості в контексті історичного становлення поглядів на причини виникнення та дії травми на людину.
Методи. В основу покладено методи систематизації психологічних знань, висловлювань, ідей щодо аналізу психотравматизації людини; та категоріального аналізу базових категорій і понять визначення травматичного досвіду.
Результати. Результатом теоретичного аналізу є історичний огляд поняття «травма» в межах медицини та основних періодів її використання у контексті соціально-політичних подій людства (війни ХХ століття та клінічні і моральні виклики їх наслідків; включення посттравматичного стресового розладу в офіційну психіатричну нозологію; професійне визнання наслідків жорсткого поводження в дитинстві). Презентовано базові позиції воєнної травматизації людини (снарядний шок, бойовий невроз, афганський синдром, в’єтнамський синдром, синдром війни в Перській Затоці); зазначено мнемічну специфіку індивідуальної та колективної вразливості переживання травми (історичні травми, травми жертви і агресора, міжпоколінні травми); окреслено клінічну панораму посттравматичного стресового розладу (діагностичні критерії, фактори ретравматизації, постстресова дезадаптація, поведінкові девіації); визначено центральні координати вивчення переживання травми в дитинстві (психоаналітичні, нейропсихологічні, трансгенераційні). Підкреслено потенційний соціально-ситуаційний характер психологічної травми людини, який повинен бути врахований психологами та клініцистами при складанні прикладних програм дослідження феномену травматичного досвіду.
Висновки. У висновках зазначено, що запропонований аналіз пріоритетів вивчення переживання травматичного досвіду особистості в контексті соціальних і політичних потрясінь українського народу, розкриває широкі перспективи розробки інноваційних практик та надання психологічних послуг для людей різних соціальних статусів та вікових категорій.
