Аксіологічний вимір діяльності державних службовців: історичний спадок та вимоги сучасності

У статті висвітлено явище організаційних цінностей у контексті діяльності органів державної служби, історичні передумови його формування та можливі деструктивні наслідки внаслідок незбігу індивідуальної й організаційної ціннісних систем. Запропоновано перелік заходів для уникнення аксіологічного дисонансу, а також алгоритм емпіричного вивчення зазначеного явища.
