Інтрапсихічний конфлікт як наслідок професійного стресу

У статті зроблено спробу визначити сутність та особливості професійного стресу, виділено фактори стресу, що пов’язані з організацією, проаналізовано стани фрустрації та інтрапсихічного конфлікту як наслідки професійного стресу.
