Professional Competence: Theoretical Aspects of Research

The urgent problems of professional competence and professionalism are examined in the article. State officers’ psychological peculiarities, which are necessary for their professional activity are analyzed. Basic attention is focused on description and analysis of state officers’ professional competence factors.
