Phenomenon of Organizational Identity: Concept, Structure and Forming Principles

The article represents the theoretical analysis results of an organizational identity problem. The author describes peculiarities of the concept’s operationalization by foreign and domestic researchers; considers structural and functional features of the investigated construct; shows stages and factors of an organizational identity formation and its influence on institutions and employees.
