Abstract

n the article dependence of efficiency of professional activity of civil servants is grounded on understanding of their actual necessities and reasons; the results of empiric research are presented in relation to the exposure of motivational factors that carry out dominant influence on efficiency of activity of civil servants, their rating of meaningfulness is formed.
