Abstract

The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the conceptual foundations of the problem of personal healthcare saving in the psychological sphere. Modern scientific representations of an integrative nature, which subject the psychological health of the individual, are detailed. The results of some empirical studies are described, which justify the need to deepen scientific ideas about the psychological health of modern student youth. Theoretical analysis of the constructiveness of scientific approaches and concepts was carried out in the context of the parameter of the structural and competent composition of psychological human health, where the context is the transition from "bio" to "socio." The key importance of the readiness of young person to self-design is described, where psychological health and spirituality as a value content of consciousness is considered contextually. The attention is drawn to the ability to reflection relative to the inner world of others and the subgenic "I." The relevance of studying the emotional component of psychological health of student youth is justified. Some empirical data are analyzed, reflecting students' self-esteem judgments regarding the emotional and personal manifestations of their psychological health in the context of two parameters: “bachelor-master”, and “future specialist in humanitarian or technical profile”. A generalization is made that justifies the need to deepen the existing scientific ideas about the phenomenon of "psychological health", as well as the need for a special study of the emotional component of health in the psychological sphere of modern students.

In order to outline the identity of the emotional component of the psychological health of young person's period, the constructiveness of the hierarchical continuum model in terms of the impact of emotionality on the formal-dynamic, content-personal and social imperative levels of the student's personality development is justified. On the basis of the detailed theoretical and methodological concept, the development of diagnostic tools, the use of which will allow identifying emotional and personal peculiarities of psychological health of student youth, is seen as promising.
