Abstract

The publication presents the psychological aspects of school students’ aptitude for leadership. The basic qualities and the psychological characteristics of aptitude for leadership are identified. Psychological diagnosis for aptitude for leadership of students is proposed. The results of empirical research of students’ aptitude for leadership is presented.
