Abstract

The ground of the Professionally-psychological training of correction and development of managers`s responsibility of industrial enterprise is given in the article; a structure and maintenance of basic methods of this training open up; criteria and general results are analysed on basic parameters on the basis of questionnaire and statistical processing; drawn conclusion about efficiency of this training for development and correction of professional responsibility of leader.
