Abstract

The influence of stressful factors on the emergence of psychosomatic diseases is analysed in the article. The features of emotional stress flow are found out at physiological and psychological level (cognitional in particular), and the methods of its overcoming are described. The most available, from the viewpoint of psychosomatic pathologies warning, stress overcoming mechanism is a protecting potential of emotional intellect. The model of anticipation mechanism is described by means of the emotional intellect components.
