Theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the phenomenon of communicative competence

Abstract

The article examines the achievements of psychological science in understanding the meaning of the concept of communicative competence. The structure and basic components of the investigated phenomenon are determined. The functional components of communicative competence are analyzed.
