Peculariarities of Life Prognostication for Patients with Hypertension

The article represents results of theoretical analysis of life prognostications of hypertensive patients. It is proved that development of life prognostications enables to better understanding of the content requirements of contemporary life and promotes to formation of necessary personality and professional human qualities with the help of which adaptation to different circumstances takes place. The possibility of life prognostications formation, construction of the desired future image has been grounded, that stands as one of the important factors of psychosomatic patient psychological state optimization, opens new opportunities to preserve the normal life quality. The results of empirical study indicate that patients with arterial hypertension (group HD−) do not have clear idea about own personality and professional development, are more likely to limited future rationality, that in its turn, is reflected in limited accuracy of prediction of own future. The objectives of psychocorrectional programs to enhance the development level of prognostic capabilities, optimization of the emotional state of patients have been determined. Psychotecniques and tasks used in psychocorrectional work with psychosomatic patients have been proposed.
