Abstract

An article is dedicated to studying of supervisory relations and responsibility in professional activity of young specialist in social work. It is reflected the peculiarities in basic theories of supervisory relations, strategy in overcoming of resistibility of young specialists, it is described types and factors of their resistance. The author pays attention to the parallel processes in supervision.
