Determinants of Self Realization of Personality

Abstract

The approaches to concept of realization investigation are highlighted in the article. Authors determination is offered. The interaction of concepts realization, self-realization and self-development is represented. The personality determinants of realization (motivational semantic) are exposed, in particular necessities, reasons, goals and sense of life of personality. The special attention is focused on the valued orientations which determine the priority sphere of vital functions of person, and also the possible methods of its display – the process of realization of personality. It is marked that plenitude of realization depends on that, as far as a man exposed in itself the capabilities, as far as life and activity answer its interests, aspirations.
