Theoretical and Methodological Approaches to the Investigation of the Psychological and Social Health

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of psychology – the investigation of the aspects of the human health. The investigation has been done according to metasystematic approach. The main science significance of the research is the definition of social health as a state of harmony between human sense of life and his activity that stimulates his self-actualization and humanical development of the community and the society. The criterions of this phenomenon are: the social-psychological adaptation, the social trend; the self-actualization. It’s stated that each youngster has social health, if the diagnostic results show balanced combination of the indexes named in this article.
