Social and Identification Profile of Separation Anxiety During the Treatment Process of Adolescents

Abstract

The article represents theoretical, methodological and empirical grounding of the content of social and identification determination of separation anxiety experience of adolescents who are hospitalized.
The main aspects of the proposed research position of theoretical analysis and development of empirical and diagnostic studying program have been outlined. Theoretical conceptualization of the problem concerns consideration of the manifestation aspects of separation anxiety in adolescence. The content, levels and forms of separation anxiety and specifics of human social identification models have been concretized. The specificity of separation anxiety study on cognitive and behavioural
level of its manifestation has been indicated, that is determined by the social identity achievement of adolescent. The developed program of empirical research and also complex of used mathematical processing research results methods enables to concretize the social and
identification profile of separation anxiety manifestation of adolescents during medical rehabilitation: increase of anxiety indexes contains the features of expressed separation experiences in the form of trusty attachment to mother and social and
identification characteristics of lowered self-esteem, unformed self-criticism and selfdissatisfaction,
that characterize these children in personality and behavioural sphere
as suspicious, hostile and depressive; low anxiety background confirms the manifestation
of separation experiences as avoiding attachment to father and anxiousambivalent
attachment to mother and social and identification characteristics of
developed self-criticism and morality, that the most expressive makes communicability
in personality and behavioural sphere, formed strength of will and advanced
imagination.
