Abstract

Purpose. The article describes the results of an experimental study aimed at assessing the stability of changes in the future psychologists' internality components in 3 years after the author's program implementation.

Methods. In order to assess the internality's components formation were used questionnaires "Locus of Control" (modified by O. Xenofontova), "Self-assessment of the ontogenetic reflection level" (by M. Fetiskin, V. Kozlov, G. Manuilov), "Ability to predict" (L. Regush), "Attributive styles test" (L. Rudina), "Scale of over action control" (Yu. Kul in the adaptation of S. Shapkin), "Behavioral self-regulation style - SSP-98" (V. Morosanova). Student's t-test was used to compare the obtained results.

Results. According to the comparison of three measurements (before implementation, after implementation, and 3 years after the implementation of the author's program), in the experimental group the average indicator of the internality's regulatory component increased the most. However, further its growth, which was very intensive during the implementation of the program, slowed down a bit. Positive changes in the cognitive component were less pronounced but more uniform. The indicator of the personal component increased during the formative experiment, but over the next 3 years decreased slightly compared to the second measurement level. In general, for all internality components of the experimental group members, the average value obtained as a result of the final diagnosis exceeded the results of the first measurement. The application of Student's t-test proved the statistical significance of the identified positive changes. In the control group, the changes in the average indicators of internality components are insignificant and have no statistical significance.

Conclusions. The obtained data allow assessing positively the stability of changes in the future psychologists' internality components as a result of the author's program "Formation of internality of future psychologists as a factor of readiness for personal and professional self-development." In contrast to the members of the control group, those students with whom developmental classes were conducted, intensified internal manifestations within three years after the implementation of the program.
